Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), also called Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), is a hands-on approach to diagnosis and care. As a fully trained physician, Dr. McDonald uses his hands to evaluate how your muscles, joints, and connective tissue are moving, then applies precise, gentle techniques to ease restriction, relieve tension, and restore healthy motion. Rather than focusing only on the spot that hurts, osteopathic care considers how the whole body works together.
